The images on this site are illustrative. That is not an oversight. It is the problem this project exists to solve.
Guinea is among the least-photographed countries in Africa. There is no accessible library of images showing its highlands, waterfalls, museums, markets or regions — which is precisely why the internet fills the space with something else.
Every illustrative photograph on this site is a placeholder for work that has not yet been done. Replacing them with real photography from Guinea is the next phase of GuineaVibes.
